INFORMATION ON USES:
Rosemary enlivens the brain, clears the head and aids memory function. Ideal for mental strain, it strengthens the mind in times of weakness and exhaustion. Rosemary will clear the head and revive the senses, ideal for headaches and migrain.

A pain reliever it soothes tired and aching muscles as well as rheumatic pain. On the skin it is a strong astringent and will tone sagging a loose skin cells, it will ease swelling and puffiness. As a antibacterial it will cleanse skin and aid healing.

CAUTIONS:
Best avoided in pregnancy or high blood pressure. High doses may irritate skin.

As with all essential oils – do not take internally and do not use on skin in undiluted form, always perform a skin patch test before skin use. Keep away from children and those with epilepsy or subject to seizures.
