INFORMATION ON USES:
In a diffuser or oil burner this oil creates a calming of the mind and induces relaxation and sleep. Ideal when one needs to rest. It has balancing properties that will effect the central nervous system and may help with manic-depressive states.

Lavender is an antisceptic and will help with healing of skin wounds and irritations by reducing bacteria and aiding new skin cell growth. It helps with blood flow, circulation and can reduce high blood pressure and calm palpatations.

A few drops in the bath will not only cleanse and revitalise the skin but it will relax the muscles and calm the mind.

CAUTIONS:
Avoid if pregnant, has been know to effect the menstral cycle. Persons with low blood pressure may also feel drowsy after using this oil.

As with all essential oils – do not take internally and do not use on skin in undiluted form, always perform a skin patch test before skin use. Keep away from children and those with epilepsy or subject to seizures.
