For the mind, Cedarwood has a greatly calming and soothing action, it can help with anxiety and nervous issues.

For the body it is especially helpful with respiratory complaints such as bronchitis, coughs and catarrh. On the overall body it has a balancing effect and will regulate homeostasis.

CAUTIONS:
Best avoided in pregnancy. High doses may irritate skin.

As with all essential oils – do not take internally and do not use on skin in undiluted form, always perform a skin patch test before skin use. Keep away from children and those with epilepsy or subject to seizures.
